Independent for over 30 years and employee owned since 2018, we are proud to serve 14 states and Washington D.C. with an award-winning and beloved selection of fresh, flavorful, and innovative craft beers. 

Since 2012 the Simmons family is best known for their fruited sours or "Slushy" style  ales that's an experience in every can. 

Their modest bio states "Butchertown Brewing is a small batch craft brewery based in Louisville, KY." However, locals know it to be so much more - with some of the most sought-after and delicious brews to hit the tap.

For over 15 years, Upland prides itself in making  traditionally crafted beer. Beer that doesn’t chase trends, but doesn’t  purposefully ignore them, either. Beer that reflects their values, vision  and ideals in every bottle.

 Quaff ON! Brewing Company was formed in 2012 in response to the demand  for the iconic craft beers we developed at Big Woods Brewing Company,  our brewpub located in the heart of Brown County Indiana.
