You've got questions - we've got answers!
If you purchased your ticket online and cannot find your email confirmation or your tickets, please go to the following link: https://www.etix.com/ticket/ . In the top right corner there is a button labeled Order Lookup. Click in it and follow the directions to get your tickets. If you purchased paper tickets from either Pearl Street Taphouse or at one of our tickets events, you must have that ticket to enter. We have no way to confirm those tickets.
Before the event: Eat a good meal before you come and drink plenty of water. You never want to show up to an event like this with your tanks on empty.
The Rollin' on the River Craft Beer Festival is a passion project brought to you by the owners of Pearl Street Taphouse (located at 407 Pearl Street in Jeffersonville) and Antz Marching, LLC (founders of Fest of Ale in New Albany and former owner of The Keg Liquors).
We're passionate about furthering craft beer in Kentuckiana and it's a great way to raise money for a good cause while we drink excellent beer, eat and hang out with the community.
Date: Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 3-7PM
Location: Howard Steamboat Museum, 1101 E Market St, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130, United States
This is a 21 and over event, so no children. What about animals? We love them, too - but NO - please leave your pets at home. You can always enjoy a beer with your pup on the patio at Pearl Street Taphouse, though!
If purchased in advance, VIP Tickets are $65 and General Admission (GA) tickets are $55 until the day of the event. If you are purchasing tickets at the event, please note prices go up by $10 per ticket. We will post on our social media pages and on the main page of pearlstreettaphouse.com if there are no more tickets available. VIP Tickets are sold out, but as of 6/2, there are still some General Admission tickets available.
Designated drivers are highly encouraged. They get into the festival for FREE, but do not get to sample any of the beer or wine at the event. If you need a taxi, go to any of the volunteers at the event and we will call a taxi for you. Don't drink and drive!
This is NOT a “drink as much as you can in 4 hours” event. Anyone who appears to be intoxicated will be denied additional samples and may be deemed to be in violation of public intoxication statutes. Enjoy what you wish, but please be responsible.
The festival runs from 3pm to 7pm for General Admission patrons, and from 2pm-7:00 PM for VIP guests. Our permit does not allow any pouring after 7pm. Please do not beg, plead, coax, implore, beseech, wheedle, or cajole for more beer.
There's street parking along Jefferson Street and in the neighborhoods surrounding the Howard Steamboat Museum. Please make sure that you are kind to the neighbors and do not block driveways. Please do not park in the lots of nearby businesses. You will most likely be towed and this is not the responsibility of the event. We also have a trolley that will pick up on Mulberry Street next to Big Four Park in downtown Jeffersonville. You can park anywhere around the park and use the trolley to get back and forth to the event. We will also have an Uber/Lyft drop off point on Jefferson Street, just east of the Museum.
Oh yeah, we'll have food there! Pearl Street is going to be setup in the Carriage House and we'll have some awesome food trucks as well.
Does a chicken have feathers? Every festival needs knowledgeable volunteers for setup, pouring, silent auction, etc. If you're interested, we'd love to have you. Please sign up here to volunteer.
*** Note, all pourers will need an Indiana server permit, or a Temporary Employee Permit to be able to pour. You can take care of this before the event, or we will have applications available at the event.
You can find those applications at this link: https://www.in.gov/atc/alcohol-permit-resources/alcohol-permit-applications-and-forms/#Online_Application_for_Individual_Permits
Hang tight - we're working on a downloadable .pdf version that you can view on your smart phone. We'll have that ready as we get closer to the event, so stay tuned - we'll give you a heads up when it's ready!
